CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE: Mr. Wade has 2 years of experience gained through
internships and professional practice. His experience includes construction administration,
site development, waterfront structures, permitting of large waterfront and marina
projects, and specialized roof rehabilitation projects. Mr. Wade’s project experience
includes the following:
Isle of Palms Beach Renourishment Project; City of Isle of Palms, SC - Provided
construction administration services for project that included beach nourishment
from an offshore borrow source and removal and disposal of over 4000 sand bags from
the beach front.
Front Street Village; Beaufort, NC - Completed stormwater permitting and
site planning for redevelopment of industrial fish oil and meal factory site to
dry storage marina facility. Prepared master plan for gravity sewer, potable water
and other site utilities.
Continental Shelf Vessel Berth; Morehead City, NC - Completed design and
preparation of plans and specifications for rehabilitation of timber dock and berth
for commercial head boat.
Bal Gra Harbor and Marina; Bertie County, NC - Assisted in the completion
of an Environmental Assessment and preparation of Major CAMA permit documents for
marina and 1300-acres upland development project.
Williams Wharf Landing; Mathews, VA - Prepared permit drawings and documents
for local and state approval of 18,000 SF sustainable design, state-of-the-art rowing/regatta
center. Sustainable/low impact design features include daylighting efficiency, geothermal
HVAC system, wind turbine, rainwater recapture/reuse and bio retention basins. Design
ongoing.
